Arson bail cost
In both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Arson is a capital offense and felony and the person is usually held without bail absent a compelling reason for release.
When you are held without bail, no amount of money or property can obtain your release. If a person is held without bail, they are entitled to a bail hearing or dangerousness hearing, depending on what their circumstances dictate.
